FCA bans senior manager for lack of honesty and integrity

The Financial Conduct Authority banned Howard Roland Duckett, a senior manager at debt management firm Beauforce Corporation Limited, from financial services after finding serious failings in his honesty and integrity. Duckett did not notify the regulator of his 10-year director disqualification, imposed by the High Court after it found inadequate recordkeeping at an unrelated company, repeated dishonesty and attempts to use fabricated evidence to deny his directorship.
